Reiki is energy that comes to you through the hands of the Practitioner. It will help you to heal your body and reduce anxiety and tension. Reiki promotes a greater sense of well–being.

The art of “healing hands" has been around for centuries, but Pat follows the tradition of Usui Reiki, as taught by Martha Spruce, RMT. It is neither a religion nor a cult. It respects the need of each individual to find peace, happiness, and a reduction of suffering.

Using the arts as a means of expression can help those with chronic pain or emotional distress to find solutions and a new perspective on their lives. Putting words on paper, using color to describe feelings or using your own voice to sing or recite a rhyme can make you happy. Try a workshop and find out for yourself!

Individual Reiki sessions $60 per hour. Sessions available by appointment. Please call 207-607-2276 to schedule your appointment. Shorter sessions can be arranged as well as modified payments on our "donation days."
